How does auto-tracking actually work?
ReplyGuard safely connects to your Gmail account via official Google APIs. We scan your 'Sent' folder for new emails and create a tracking record. If a reply comes into your inbox for that thread, we detect it and mark the follow-up as 'Replied'. We never store your email body content, only metadata.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption for all sensitive tokens (like your Gmail access). We are verified by Google and strictly adhere to their data privacy policies. You can revoke access at any time.
Do you send emails for me automatically?
Only if you explicitly enable 'Auto-Followup' for a specific thread. By default, we only NOTIFY you when it's time to follow up. You are always in control.
Can I track emails sent to multiple people?
Yes! If you send an email with multiple recipients effectively starting a thread, we track that thread ID. Any reply from any recipient counts as a 'Reply'.
